Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be attached
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only unless required otherwise by Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items
• You will be offered a refund, replacement, or store credit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during promotional events where stated as non-returnable

Return Shipping Costs
• Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Faulty or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Store credits are issued via email and do not expire
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
