All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During peak periods such as new releases, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


 2.⁠ ⁠Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping
• Delivery timeframe: 4–8 business days
• Tracking included

Express Shipping
• Delivery timeframe: 2–4 business days
• Priority handling + tracking included

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


 3.⁠ ⁠International Shipping

Sierra Sydney ships to selected international destinations.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country and local postal service. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their order.

International shipments include tracking where available.


 4.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our team.


 5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Issues & Delays

Courier Delays

Sierra Sydney is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or peak season congestion. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery time is outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Sierra Sydney is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you may be charged an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.


 6.⁠ ⁠Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
1. Check around your property
2. Ask neighbours or building management
3. Contact the courier directly

If you still cannot locate your parcel, email us at info@sierrasydney.com, and we will assist you with an investigation.
Please note: Sierra Sydney is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.


 7.⁠ ⁠Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately. If so, you will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.


 8.⁠ ⁠Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.


 9.⁠ ⁠Shipping During Sales & Peak Periods

During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day, seasonal drops), please allow extra time for order processing and delivery due to higher-than-usual volume.
